Mulalux™ Return & Exchange Policy

At Mulalux™, we take pride in crafting apparel and experiences for girls who expect elevated quality, premium construction, and attention to detail. Every piece is produced in limited quantities and undergoes strict quality control before shipment.
To protect our customers and maintain the integrity of our brand, the following Return & Exchange Policy applies to all purchases made through our website.
1. All Sales Are Final
Mulalux™ does not accept returns or provide refunds for any reason outside of qualifying exchanges (outlined below).
Because we operate in limited runs, fast-moving collections, and hygienic retail categories, all orders are considered final sale once they are placed.
Please review sizing, product descriptions, and photos carefully before completing your purchase.
2. Exchanges (Within 7 Days of Delivery)
We understand that rare issues may occur. In the event that you receive an incorrect item or your order arrives damaged, you may request an exchange within 7 days of the order’s delivery date.
Qualifying exchanges include:
- Receiving the wrong size
- Receiving the wrong item/style
- Receiving an item that is damaged or manufactured incorrectly
To be eligible, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All tags, labels, and packaging must be attached and intact
- Proof of purchase must be provided
- You must submit photo or video proof of the issue
Mulalux™ reserves the right to deny any exchange request that does not meet these requirements.
3. How to Submit an Exchange Request
To request an exchange, please email our support team at:
support@mulalux.com
Include:
- Full name
- Order number
- Email used at checkout
- Detailed description of the issue
- Clear photo/video proof of the item(s)
Our Customer Support Team will respond within 24–48 business hours with next steps.
4. Shipping Costs for Exchanges
If Mulalux™ is at fault
(Incorrect item shipped, incorrect size shipped, or manufacturing issue)
Mulalux™ will cover the return shipping cost and the cost of shipping the corrected item to you.
If the customer selected the wrong size or item at checkout
Mulalux™ does not cover return shipping.
Upon approval, the customer will be responsible for shipping the item back to us in its original condition. Once received and inspected, we will send the correct item or issue store credit if the original item is no longer available.
5. Non-Exchangeable Items
For the safety, hygiene, and quality assurance of our customers, the following items cannot be exchanged under any circumstances:
- Items marked FINAL SALE
- Discounted or promotional items
- Worn or altered clothing
- Items with stains, scents, or signs of wear
- Items returned without tags or packaging
- Accessories or non-apparel items
Any items sent back to Mulalux™ that do not meet our return standards will be rejected and shipped back to the customer at their expense.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, Mulalux™ is not responsible for:
- Lost packages
- Stolen packages
- Delayed deliveries
- Incorrect addresses entered at checkout
If you experience any shipping issues, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
7. Store Credit
If the requested exchange item is unavailable due to inventory limits, you will be issued store credit equal to the full value of the item.
Store credit is delivered digitally and does not expire.
8. Quality Control Disclaimer
Every Mulalux™ piece undergoes thorough inspection before shipment. Please note that minor variations in color, stitching, or fabric texture may occur due to lighting, production processes, or fabric characteristics. These are not considered manufacturing defects.
9. Canceling or Modifying Orders
Because our pieces are produced and shipped in fast-moving cycles, orders cannot be canceled or modified once submitted.

- Shipping address
- Payment method
- Item selections
before completing your purchase.
