Mulalux™ Shipping Policy

At Mulalux™, we are committed to delivering your order quickly, securely, and with premium service. Please review the details of our shipping process below.





1. Order Processing Times



All orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.


  • Standard processing time: 2–4 business days
  • During high-volume periods (drops, holidays, restocks): 4–7 business days



Processing time is separate from shipping time.


You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another email with tracking information once your order has shipped.





2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery



Mulalux™ partners with trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.


Typical delivery times:



United States (Domestic)



  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days




International Shipping

 (if applicable)



Delivery times vary by location and customs processing.

Average: 7–21 business days


Mulalux™ is not responsible for customs fees, duties, or import taxes.





3. Tracking Your Order



Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking email.

Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to reflect movement.





4. Address Accuracy



Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.


Mulalux™ is not responsible for:


  • Packages delivered to the wrong address
  • Delays caused by an incorrect or incomplete address
  • Reshipping fees due to address errors



If you entered the wrong address, contact us immediately at support@mulalux.com.

We cannot guarantee changes once an order is being processed.





5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages



Once an order is shipped, Mulalux™ is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.


For shipping issues, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.


Mulalux™ does not issue refunds for:


  • Packages marked “Delivered”
  • Packages delayed due to carrier issues
  • Packages lost after delivery to the address provided



We recommend shipping to a secure address.





6. Pre-Orders & Limited Drops



For pre-order items, the estimated ship date will be stated on the product page.


Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may ship together unless otherwise noted.





7. International Customs & Duties



International customers may be charged import taxes, duties, or fees by their country.

These fees are the responsibility of the customer.





8. Shipping Costs



Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location, weight, and chosen method.


Shipping costs are non-refundable.
